These terms govern your use of the CodeRoasters Labs website and describe, in general, how we work with clients. By using this site you accept them.
Who we are
CodeRoasters Labs ("we") designs and builds software: our own SaaS products and custom software for other businesses. We are based in Honduras and work with clients in Latin America and elsewhere.
Use of the website
You may browse this site and use its contact tools for their intended purpose. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated means to extract its content beyond what search engines ordinarily do.
The content of this site is informational. It does not constitute an offer, a quote or a binding commitment until we agree a proposal in writing.
Our products
Chekku, Residento and Kobra are products of CodeRoasters Labs. Their use is governed by the terms published on each product's own website or agreed in the corresponding subscription contract. Kobra is currently used internally and is not offered to the public.
Custom software projects
Every project is defined in a written proposal that sets its scope, deliverables, schedule and fees. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are undertaken.
Unless the proposal says otherwise, you own the software we build specifically for you once it is paid for, and we keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, which we license to you as part of the deliverable.
We take care to deliver working, tested software. Where warranties, remedies or liability are concerned, the proposal or contract for your project prevails over these general terms.
Intellectual property of this site
The texts, graphics, the CodeRoasters mark and the code of this website belong to CodeRoasters Labs or its licensors. Product names of third parties belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
This site links to our products and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use or from temporary unavailability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes will be visible on this page.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Questions about them can be sent through the contact form on this website.
